I’ve updated the Acronyms plugin with some bug fixes based on reports from Blaenk Daenum and frasten.
[FIX] The acronym list when sorted by acronyms will now properly sort upper and lower cases

After some tinkering around over the weekend I’ve updated the Acronyms plugin to match the WordPress 2.5 UI, rework the management interface making it more useable, and making a few tweaks to the replacement algorithm to fulfill a few feature requests.
